
RETURN POLICY
Here
at ArtSister, we try our best to make you a happy customer. The
quality products on our site are completely and accurately described,
so please read item descriptions carefully before ordering. Recheck
your order form information and quantities before mailing.
We
see very few reasons for returns on the art-related products we
carry. Reasons for returns only include errors on our part, ie.
wrong item shipped. All of our orders are well-packed and double-checked
for accuracy before shipping. Errors on the part of customers will
not be honored, ie. “I ordered the wrong item, or “the
color doesn’t match my sofa”.
We
are not responsible for color accuracy on your computer. Our web
colors are as close to the real item as we are able to develop.
If
there is a problem with your order, please contact us via e-mail.
Briefly, state the the problem, including your name and invoice
number. We will reply as soon as possible. If warranted, we will
send you an authorization number for returning the item. We do not
accept unauthorized returns.
Satisfaction
of a return will be made by replacement only. We do not reimburse
moneys or credit cards, excepting mathematical error.
If
the problem is damage incurred in shipping, contact the carrier
directly to file a claim.
